I needed a repair of my air bike in my home gym. I was having difficulty finding someone professional with good reviews who would do home gym repairs. I called Elite Gym Maintenance and although they don't routinely do home gym equipment repairs, Gerhard did agree to come out to fix my bike while they were down in London. They were super efficient, managed to find missing bolts in the van so the job could be completed there and then, and not only repaired the bike but gave it a good once over and internal clean. Absolutely brilliant service from Elite Gym Maintenance. They were super responsive from the very first message and really easy to deal with throughout. They spent two full days with us at CrossFit Hexis servicing our equipment and were incredibly thorough - rowers, bikes, SkiErgs, barbells, the lot. They didn’t just go through the motions either. They spotted issues that needed addressing, fixed what they could there and then, explained anything that needed further work and clearly really know their stuff. They were also genuinely lovely guys to have around the gym - friendly, professional and happy to answer any questions we had. Special mention to Jeremy, who was an exceptionally good sport when we discovered it was his birthday and made him join us for birthday burpees 😅 It’s really reassuring knowing our equipment has been properly checked and looked after, especially with the amount of use it gets. The Elite team services all of our erg machines yesterday - they were on the job form 9am to nearly 6pm, working flexibly around our fitness classes and making sure they didn't disrupt any other aspect of the day.
