Gerhard has just fixed the faulty incline on our treadmill. The process from booking to repair was seamless and Gerhard is incredibly knowledgeable about the machines.

He arrived promptly and communication was excellent throughout.
Problem quickly diagnosed and advice given to rectify situation.
Gerhard has an excellent knowledge and was so polite, friendly and extremely professional.
Will definitely contact Gerhard in the future with any treadmill queries or problems. Will definitely be looking at yearly service plan for my treadmill.
