Servicing Checklist:

Listed below are the 20 points to be considered for a detailed maintenance carried out on all annual service visits:

- Take off covers, clean and vacuum out interiors.

- Take off dirt and debris from motors, vents and circuit boards.

- Examine wire harness and connections.

- Clean all chains, bearings, bushings, rollers, pulleys and pivots.

- Examine the condition of alternators (where applicable).

- Examine the condition and align of all drive belts, chains and cables.

- Align and tighten walking belt.

- Lubricate belt and deck.

- Examine the condition of all bearings and bushes.

- Examine the condition of motor commutator and brushes (clean motor commutator where applicable).

- Examine all other parts for wear and tear.

- Tighten loose crank arms, belts and pulleys.

- Diagnose elevation sensors and take corrective measures wherever necessary.

- Grease drive assemblies and elevation drive systems.

- Examine machine function and operation.

- Clean exterior with polish/sealer.

- Perform amp/friction tests to test wear on belts and decks.

- Clean and check speed sensors.

- Finish audible inspection of motor, crank and roller bearings.

Service of Concept 2 machine including:

- - Inspection of the bungee cord (Row, Ski Only)

- - Inspecting and cleaning all the working parts

- - Fan housing removal and fan blades cleaned.

- - Full safety check

- - Seat and rollers inspected and cleaned (Row Only)

- - New R8 bearing fitted (where necessary Additional Charge)

- - Bearing and axle check and axle re greased

- - Monitor check including drag test pre and post service.

Each service takes between 35 and 45 minutes

Any other parts that need replacing are advised at the time of the service for authorisation from the customer before fitting.

Air Bike Servicing including:

-Safety check

-Sensor function check

-Chains/Belt cleaned and tensioned correctly

-Crank and crank arms examined

-Loctite applied and bolts re-torqued

-External clean of the bike

Additional parts identified as being in need of replacement will be advised at the time of service.

Barbell Maintenance Checklist:

- 1. Visual Check: Look for bends, rust, or wear.

- 2. Knurling: Clean & inspect for grip wear.

- 3. Sleeve Spin: Ensure smooth rotation, no grinding.

- 4. Bushings/Bearings: Check for smooth, even movement.

- 5. End Caps*: Make sure they’re tightly secured.

- 6. Lubrication: Oil the sleeves & wipe off excess.

- 7. Shaft Care: Clean and inspect for damage.

- 8. Clips/C-Rings: Inspect for wear or looseness.
